Saketh randomly chooses two numbers $a$ and $b$, with replacement, from the set of numbers that can be written as $2^x 3^y 5^z 7^w$ ($1 \le x, y, z, w \le 100$). Find the expected value of $\log(\operatorname{lcm}(a, b))$.
